Subaru Cherry Blossom Festival of Greater Philadelphia
Celebrating its 13th anniversary in 2010! This two month, multi-faceted event celebrating Sakura, the centuries old homage to cherry blossoms, boasts nearly 50 individual events including a Sakura Sunday Tree Planting Festival for the public, an authentic Sushi Spectacular with Tokyo based sushi chefs, and International Sake Festival, a Japanese foot parade in Center City and a black tie Gala with an extensive, art driven silent auction. This event is produced with sponsorship secured by the Event Navigators’ team for successive years.
Capital Pride Festival, Washington, DC
We personally manage a 500,000 square foot event site from the moment Pennsylvania Avenue closes Saturday night through its re-opening 24 hours later. Over 250,000 attendees plus 300 vendors and sponsors flock to this decades old, LGBT Festival enjoying the production expertise of our team – now in our 9th successful year - in providing entertainment, food and information kiosks while working with a tireless volunteer team - over 125 strong - overseeing round-the-clock, intricate site logistics. (you must be exhausted after reading that run-on sentence!) This event is the largest one-day, outdoor festival produced in Washington, DC and the 4th largest Pride festival in the United States.
50th Anniversary, State of Israel
As part of a series of events, we associate-produced a concert at the First Union Center featuring The Philadelphia Orchestra, The Israel Philharmonic, numerous celebrities, a private series of dinners for 2,500 guests before and during the concert, and the transformation of the performance space into a post concert dessert reception and dance party for 4,000 guests.
Friends of Elwyn Ball
2010 marks the 29th year for the Friends of Elwyn Ball. It has delighted thousands of the Delaware Valley’s most affluent with specialty themes, menus, locations and just pure fun… raising money for one of the oldest special needs organizations in the country helping children and adults.
Beaux Arts Ball
AIA Philadelphia, Fred Stein and Event Navigators hosted 2,500 guests at the Seaplane Hangar in the Naval Business Center – a 100,000 square foot building on the banks of the Delaware River – for an amazing celebration of Forms, Frames, Figures: An Evening in Blue & Bronze.
